INTO the ART is a virtual reality experience for Meta Quest.

1. Data processed by the application

INTO the ART does not require users to create an online account and does not transmit the user’s local profile, exhibition progress, achievements, preferences or gameplay statistics to servers operated by the developer.

The application may store the following information locally on the user’s device:

• display name chosen by the user;

• selected language;

• visited worlds and artworks;

• unlocked content;

• achievements;

• favourites;

• gameplay statistics;

• total play time;

• application preferences.

This information is used exclusively to provide application functionality and preserve the user’s progress between sessions.

2. Local storage

The information listed above is stored locally on the Meta Quest device.

It is not uploaded to a developer-operated cloud service.

Removing the application or deleting its application data may remove this locally stored information.

3. Meta Horizon platform

INTO the ART runs on Meta Quest and therefore operates within the Meta Horizon OS environment.

Meta may independently process device, account, diagnostic or platform information according to Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.

INTO the ART version 1.0 does not use Meta Platform APIs to access the user’s Meta profile, friends, followers, avatar, age group, cloud storage, leaderboards, matchmaking or other social profile information.

4. Analytics

INTO the ART version 1.0 does not use developer-operated behavioural analytics or advertising tracking systems.

5. Advertising

INTO the ART does not contain third-party advertising.

6. Microphone, camera and location

INTO the ART version 1.0 does not intentionally collect microphone recordings, camera images or precise location information for developer-operated services.

7. Data sharing

The developer does not sell the user’s personal information and does not share locally stored application progress with advertisers or third parties.

8. Data retention and deletion

Application progress is stored on the device for as long as the application data remains available.

Users can reset their local profile and progress through the application’s available reset functionality.

Uninstalling the application may also delete locally stored application data.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated if future versions of INTO the ART introduce new online, social, cloud or Meta Platform functionality.
